Workshop Opening Hours (used by the Diary time axis and the live "Now" indicator)

Set the times your workshop opens and closes. The Diary will only render this window on its time axis, and the live now-line / auto-scroll on the diary will know what's "in hours" vs "after close".

Add each working bay in your garage. Defaults to "Bay 1", "Bay 2" etc. — rename to match how you label them (e.g. "MOT Bay", "Service 1", "Body Shop").

If you run more than one garage location, add each here. Each site keeps its own address, opening hours, bays, VAT number and staff — and will be selectable across the Diary, Invoices, MOTs, Jobs and Parts.

Trade-off — read before setting:

Leave blank — SMS sent from your phone number. Customers can reply, call back, and text STOP to opt out. Recommended for two-way conversations (MOT results, bookings, customer chat).

Set a name — SMS sent branded (e.g. "MR Motors"). Looks more professional but is send-only by UK carrier rules — customers cannot reply, cannot call back, and replies on their phone will fail. Good for one-way marketing blasts only.

Max 11 chars · letters, numbers and spaces only.

Route incoming calls to: Customers calling this SMS number will be handled by the chosen landline's AI / divert / voicemail flow. Leave unset for a polite "text-only" greeting that reads out your landline number.

Customise what your customers receive. Use placeholders: {firstName} {make} {model} {reg} {business} {expiry} {date} {time} {address} {postcode}
1 SMS credit = 1 segment (160 chars). Longer messages use more credits. Avoid emojis — they force Unicode encoding which halves the limit to 70 chars per segment.
